Ploenchit-Ratchaprasong is wellknown with the luxury shopping mall and top department likes Central, Sogo, Gaysorn Plaza, Isetan, Amarin Plaza. Furthermore, the World Trade Center and Naraiphand Pavilion, host the official handicraft centre selling items from all of part of the country.

It's is Bangkok landmark where you can buy just about everything from clothing to potted plants and everything between a paradise fro browsers and bargain-hunters alike. The market also offers items of furnture and home decor. It is also where professional and amateur art-lovers and artists meet.
